Construction of Flood Evacuation &
Multi-purpose community hall

2025. 01 ~ 2025. 12

The demolition and relocation of over 100 households (increased from the originally estimated 70 households) who had been illegally residing on the site was repeatedly delayed.

The construction start date was postponed several times because negotiations with resident groups regarding relocation compensation and the process of securing alternative land for collective relocation took longer than expected.

At present, the design has been completed, and the alternative relocation site has been secured and the relocation compensation has been paid.

(The project is planned to begin construction in April this year and be completed in December.)

Design fee: 250,000 PHP (KRW 6,250,000)

Relocation compensation for illegally occupying residents:
30,000 PHP per household × 100 households = KRW 74,520,750
